CareGAP is a private, nurse-led home healthcare provider committed to delivering personalized care across 10 Georgia counties, including Braselton, Buford, Gainesville, Hoschton, Dacula, Jefferson, Lawrenceville, Winder, Flowery Branch, and Oakwood. Our team is composed of licensed nurses, trained caregivers, and care coordinators who go above and beyond to ensure every client receives the attention, dignity, and respect they deserve.
